About Category II AIFs

Category II AIFs are funds that do not undertake leverage or borrowing other than to meet day-to-day operational requirements. These funds include Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, and Debt Funds. BdsVC operates as a Category II AIF focusing on early-stage venture capital investments in high-growth startups across India.
